La aplicación FrenDent es la amiga de los dentistas. Esta idea surgió mientras hablaba con algunos dentistas de la ciudad. Pueden tener los registros de sus pacientes dentales en movimiento, lo que les ayuda a ver y guiar a los pacientes dentales al ver su historial médico o agregar un nuevo paciente dental simplemente a través de su dispositivo móvil. Los dentistas pueden programar o reprogramar citas.

Harinath
A Hari le gusta el café negro y le gusta tomarlo caliente. Es dueño de una clínica dental y necesita que la energía fluya para atender a sus pacientes y hacerlos felices, que es su objetivo principal. Le gusta montar a caballo y lo hace los fines de semana, sin embargo, viaja una hora todos los días por su trabajo y no se cansa.

Prakriti
Prakruthi is a new-gen dentist who has just started here career as a dentist. She tells "Mobile is a part of me and I can't ignore it anywhere". She developed a habit of consulting online from the pandemic time, and she thinks consulting and setting up appointment through phone is easier than anything.

Research
I conducted a quick survey with the 5 key question to understand their needs to find out their needs and if those needs are already being met. The data was collected through the primary research by reaching out to dentists in the town.

3. Do you find useful if you had an app to use as a Pocket CRM?
4. Can you take me through your journey from meeting a patient until the recovery?
5. Do you have enough resources to keep your patient's details handy?

Next Steps
EMPATHY is a key thing to understand what the user feels while he or she is trying to complete a task. Designing a flawless user journey can keep the user happy and can create stickiness to the APP, which in a way is good.
DESIGN SYSTEM - A well-defined design system is crucial for maintaining consistency and efficiency in the design process. Initially, we started working on a sketch without a design system and were caught off guard by the sheer number of screens. Soon enough, we began to notice inconsistencies as we made changes to individual screens without considering the broader design system. However, after learning about the concept of atomic design, we recognized the importance of creating a comprehensive design system beforehand. Moving forward, I plan to utilize existing design systems such as Material design or Polaris, or create one tailored to the specific needs of the project.
COMMUNICATION is something very important, it helps understand about the deepest of the deepest problems or confusions. It is also important that, we should take a note always about any communications exchanged, because it helps to record the background and eliminates errors.
Keep erning about CRMs and find new ways to shorten the user journey so that the helps doctors even save the time.
